When purchasing an item, how may times have you skipped over reading the fine print? Say you buy a CD from a website, but after two weeks you decide to return the item. You had forgotten to read the terms of return section on the website and realise that you can only return this item after one week. Now you are stuck with a purchase you do not want.
It is always important to read all terms of agreement when making a purchase. This is the area that tells you, the consumer, your rights regarding the sale, return of sale and any other details regarding the item you just paid for.
If the terms of agreement are vague, do not be afraid to ask questions.
You have rights as a consumer!
